As a not-for-profit social enterprise, our purpose is to invest in the communities we serve.

As a migrant–led organisation, we have both the language skills and cultural knowledge to ensure that information and key messages are communicated effectively.

As an ethical company, we work with partners who are focussed on social goals rather than commercial gain, who uphold the rights of employees, and who have a clear commitment to equality and diversity.

We aim to provide a one-stop shop for public sector organisations, trade unions, charities and social enterprises to reach out and engage with migrant worker communities throughout the UK.

We provide support not only to our individual clients and candidates but also work closely with homelessness organizations, job centres and local agencies to have a co-ordinated response to local employment needs of their clients.
For companies and organisations employing or working with migrant communities we offer extensive support in accessing that enables our clients to attract the highest quality staff to support their work. We advise, design, copy-write and place adverts in the national, local and specialist as well as posting vacancies to websites and a variety of networks.
We work closely in partnerships with community organisations, colleges, trade unions and third sector organisations we to maximise the learning opportunities of disadvantage groups and BAME communities.

As a result of our on going work with minority groups we have developed working partnerships with UK organisations such as:

• Lewisham College
• Social Enterprise Coalition
• Skills for Care
